How Do I Charge My TickTalk Watch?
TickTalk watches can be charged using the TickTalk Power Base charging station.
Charging Instructions
- Connect the Power Base to a power source using the included USB cable.
- Place the watch onto the Power Base with the silver button and red SOS button facing upward.
- Ensure the charging pins on the back of the watch align with the charging pins on the Power Base.
- When positioned correctly, the watch should begin charging automatically.
Tip: When looking at the Power Base, the watch camera should be on the left-hand side.
Common Charging Issues
If your watch is not charging:
- Verify the charging cable is securely connected.
- Make sure the charging pins are clean and free of debris.
- Confirm the watch is properly aligned on the Power Base.
- Try a different USB power adapter or charging cable.
- Restart the watch and try charging again.
