TickTalk 6 availability and pre-orders
When will TickTalk 6 be available for purchase?
TickTalk 6 pre-orders are now open. We expect pre-orders to ship by the end of September 2026. Orders will be shipped in the order they are received, so customers who order earlier will be fulfilled first.
TickTalk 6 is expected to become available from third-party retailers, including Amazon, Walmart, and Best Buy, in early October 2026.
Trade-In Program
Can I trade in an older TickTalk watch for TickTalk 6?
The TickTalk 6 Trade-In Program is expected to open in October 2026. We will email all TickTalk customers when full program details are available. You can also visit the Trade-In page on the official TickTalk website in October for the latest terms and instructions.
All TickTalk models and device conditions will be accepted for trade-in. Trade-in value will vary based on factors including when the watch was originally purchased. Eligibility rules, credit amounts, and complete program terms will be announced separately.
Customers outside the United States: Please do not purchase or trade in for TickTalk 6 at this time. TickTalk 6 currently supports eSIM activation with U.S. carriers only. International eSIM support is coming soon. International Trade-In or replacement requests will continue through the TickTalk 5 replacement path until international TickTalk 6 support becomes available.

Is TickTalk 6 waterproof?
TickTalk 6 is IP68 water resistant, tested to withstand submersion in up to 1.5 meters of water for up to 60 minutes.
For best performance, we still recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to hot water, salt water, or chemically treated pool water.
How long does the TickTalk 6 battery last?
TickTalk 6 features a 700 mAh battery with up to 135 hours of standby time.
- Light everyday use: With around 10–20 messages, 3–5 location checks, about 30 minutes of music, and around 10 minutes of calls per day, the battery can last approximately 48 hours.
- Heavier use: With about 10 minutes of video calling, 10–20 location checks, around 50 messages, and about two hours of music per day, the battery can still provide approximately 20 hours of use.
Actual battery life varies based on cellular signal strength, screen use, calling, GPS tracking, TickTalk Radio™, and other features.
