If you're upgrading from a TickTalk 4, you can move your existing TickTalk SIM card directly into your new TickTalk 5. In most cases, you do not need a new SIM card or wireless plan.

The TickTalk 5 packaging includes the tools needed to complete the SIM transfer.

Before You Start

Make sure you have:

• Your TickTalk 4 watch
• Your TickTalk 5 watch
• The included TickTalk screwdriver
• A safe place to store the SIM lid screw during installation

Move the SIM Card

1. Power off both watches.
2. Remove the SIM card from your TickTalk 4.
3. Use the included screwdriver to open the TickTalk 5 SIM compartment.
4. Set the SIM lid screw aside in a safe place.
5. Insert the TickTalk 4 SIM card into the TickTalk 5 with the chip facing down.
6. Make sure the SIM card is fully seated in the slot.
7. Reinstall the SIM cover.
8. Securely tighten the SIM lid screw.
9. Power on the TickTalk 5.
