Important Note About International Carriers
The carriers listed in our compatibility guide have been tested to provide cellular data connectivity with TickTalk devices.
However, at this time, voice calling through the carrier network (VoLTE calling) is not supported for international carriers outside the United States.
International customers can typically use:
- Mobile data
- GPS location services
- In-App Messaging
- FaceTalk video and voice calls through the TickTalk App
However, traditional cellular voice calls made through the carrier network may not function.
For customers outside the United States, we recommend using TickTalk primarily for data-based communication features such as FaceTalk and In-App Messaging.
Step 4: Configure Your APN (If Needed)
Most major GSM carriers automatically configure APN settings.
If mobile data is not working:
- Open Settings on your TickTalk 5.
- Select Edit APN.
- Tap the + icon.
- Enter the APN settings provided by your carrier.
- Tap the ✓ checkmark to save.
- Return to the home screen.
When configured correctly, the mobile data connection icon should appear in white.
