TickTalk smartwatches work with GSM carriers worldwide. Popular Canadian carriers that have been used successfully with TickTalk include:
- Bell
- Fido
- Koodo
- Rogers
- TELUS
- Virgin Plus
For many customers, Fido is one of the more affordable options, with plans often starting around CAD $25/month. Carrier plans and pricing may change over time.
For the best experience, please ensure your cellular plan supports VoLTE (Voice over LTE). Without VoLTE, traditional cellular voice calling may not function properly outside of Wi-Fi.

- Talk
- Text
- Data
The following plan types are not compatible:
- Smartwatch or wearable plans

If you are unsure which type of plan you have, please contact your carrier before activating your SIM card.
Koodo Customers – Important VoLTE Information
Some Canadian customers using Koodo have reported issues with VoLTE calling.
According to Koodo, VoLTE requires:
- A VoLTE-compatible device
- An eligible postpaid account
- A VoLTE-enabled coverage area
VoLTE is generally available across Canada, except in certain areas where service may be limited.
If your TickTalk can access mobile data but cannot make or receive traditional cellular calls, please contact Koodo to verify that VoLTE has been enabled on your account.
