If your TickTalk 5 camera is blurry, foggy, or not working properly, follow the troubleshooting steps below.
Problem: Camera Looks Blurry
1. Use a soft, dry cloth to gently clean the camera lens.
2. Avoid touching the lens with your fingers.
3. Check for dust, smudges, or debris covering the lens.
4. Restart the watch and test the camera again.
Problem: Camera Looks Foggy
If the camera appears cloudy or shows signs of condensation, moisture may be trapped inside the watch.
1. Open the SIM lid.
2. Leave the watch in a dry, well-ventilated area for 24 hours.
3. Close the SIM lid securely.
4. Confirm the SIM lid is fully sealed before using the watch again.
Problem: Camera Not Working
If you receive a camera error or the camera will not open:
1. Restart the watch.
2. Test the camera again.
3. If the issue continues, reset the watch:
Settings > Reset
4. After the reset is complete, test the camera again.
