Why is T-Cloud not working?

Why won't T-Cloud sync?
If T-Cloud backup or restore is not working properly, follow the troubleshooting steps below.
Step 1: Check Battery Level
Make sure the watch has at least 30% battery before starting a backup or restore.
Low battery may prevent T-Cloud from syncing.
Step 2: Connect to Wi-Fi
Connect the watch to a stable Wi-Fi network.
A weak or unstable connection may interrupt the backup process.
Step 3: Restart the TickTalk App
Completely close and reopen the TickTalk Parent App.
Then try the backup or restore again.
Step 4: Restart the Watch
1. Power off the watch.
2. Wait a few seconds.
3. Turn the watch back on.
4. Retry the backup.
Step 5: Check Power-Saving Mode
Make sure the watch is not in Power Saving Mode.
Power Saving Mode may restrict background syncing.
Step 6: Check for Active Updates
Do not start a backup while:
· An OS update is downloading
· An OS update is installing
Wait until the update is complete before trying again.
Step 7: End Active Calls
Do not run a backup during:
· Voice calls
· FaceTalk video calls
Wait until all calls have ended before starting the backup.
Step 8: Try the Backup Again
On the watch:
Settings > Backup Watch
Start the backup process again.
Common Causes of Backup Failure
T-Cloud may not sync when:
· The watch is offline
· Wi-Fi is unstable
· Battery level is low
· Power Saving Mode is enabled
· An OS update is in progress
· A call is active
