Key Policy Highlights
30-Day Money Back Guarantee
Customers may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify:
- The device must be returned in like-new condition.
- All original accessories must be included.
- Pre-authorization is required before sending any return.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
1-Year Manufacturer Warranty
All TickTalk devices include a 1-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
The manufacturer warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage
- Water damage
- Accidental damage
- Lost or stolen devices
- Unauthorized modifications
Extended Warranty Coverage
Customers enrolled in an active TickTalk Wireless Plus Plan (Essential Plus or Premium Plus) receive additional protection that includes:
- Hardware defects
- Software-related issues
- Accidental damage
- Water damage
*Lost or stolen devices are not covered.
Repairs & Replacements
Customers experiencing a covered issue may submit a repair or replacement request through the Return & Replacement Center.

International Returns
Customers outside the United States must obtain an RMA number before shipping any return.
International customers are responsible for:

International returns must be properly declared as:
