If your TickTalk Wireless SIM card becomes damaged, inactive, or stops working properly, you may request a replacement SIM through your TickTalk Wireless account.
How to Replace Your SIM Card
To request a replacement SIM:
- Log in to your TickTalk Wireless account at activate.myticktalk.com.
- Select Plan Details.
- Locate your SIM ICCID Number.
- Click Replace Your SIM.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the replacement request.
- Once you receive your new SIM card, install it in your TickTalk watch and complete the activation process as prompted.
What Happens After I Replace My SIM?
After the replacement is completed:
- Your new SIM card will become active.
- Your old SIM card will be permanently deactivated.
- Service will transfer to the new SIM card.
Will I Keep My Phone Number?
In most cases, your existing TickTalk phone number will remain associated with your account when replacing a SIM card through the TickTalk Wireless replacement process.
If a new phone number is required for any reason, TickTalk Support will notify you.

A replacement SIM fee may apply depending on your plan, warranty coverage, and the reason for replacement.
