Yes. You may cancel your TickTalk Wireless subscription at any time through your TickTalk Wireless account.
TickTalk Wireless does not require long-term contracts, and there are no cancellation fees.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
To cancel your TickTalk Wireless subscription:
- Visit activate.myticktalk.com.
- Sign in to your TickTalk Wireless account.
- Click the Settings (gear) icon in the upper-right corner.
- Select Plan Details.
- Follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.
Your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period unless otherwise indicated during cancellation.
What Happens After Cancellation?
After your subscription is canceled:
- Your TickTalk Wireless service will no longer renew automatically.
- Cellular calling, messaging, and data services will stop once your active service period ends.
- Your TickTalk watch can still be used on Wi-Fi for supported features.
- Your TickTalk App account will remain active.
Does Canceling My Subscription Delete My TickTalk App Account?
No.
Your TickTalk Wireless account and TickTalk App account are separate. Canceling your wireless subscription does not delete your TickTalk App account or remove your watch from the TickTalk Parent App.
Can I Reactivate My Subscription Later?
Yes. In most cases, you can reactivate your TickTalk Wireless subscription within 30 days of cancellation by logging into your TickTalk Wireless account and selecting a new plan.
If your subscription has been canceled for more than 30 days, reactivation may not be available. In this case, you may need to obtain a new TickTalk Wireless SIM card and activate a new subscription.
Please note that after 30 days:
- Your previous TickTalk phone number may no longer be available.
- A new phone number may be assigned.
- A new SIM card may be required.
