- You can also remove or reset the watch password from the TickTalk App.
- Make sure the watch is online through Wi-Fi or cellular data when sending an unlock command from the app.
Problem: All Watch Features Are Unavailable
If none of the watch's features seem to work:
- Make sure Disable Watch is turned off in the TickTalk App.
- Make sure the watch is not currently within a DND/Focus period.
- Check whether the watch is showing a high-temperature warning and has entered overheat protection — see: TickTalk 6 Overheating or High-Temperature Warning
