- What should I do if a plan change doesn't seem to take effect?
Problem: eSIM Profile Installation Fails After Activating a Plan
- If eSIM profile installation fails while activating a new plan or transferring an existing plan, tap Try Again. If it continues to fail, contact TickTalk Support.
- If a network interruption or unexpected shutdown occurred during profile installation, reconnect the watch to a stable network and restart it. Installation should retry automatically. Contact Support if it still fails.
Problem: Watch Doesn't Respond After Activating, Enabling, Switching, Disabling, or Deleting a Plan
- After making a plan change in TickTalk Services, first make sure the watch is powered on.
- Confirm that the watch has a working internet connection. We recommend keeping it connected to stable Wi-Fi while plan changes are processed.
- It may take a minute or two for the watch to receive and process the command. Wait briefly. If there is still no response after confirming the steps above, contact TickTalk Support.
Problem: Can't Select My Paired Watch When Activating an eSIM Plan
- First confirm that you are the Primary User — only the Primary User can manage the watch's eSIM service, including activation and other plan changes.
- If you are the Primary User but the watch still can't be selected, confirm the paired device is a TickTalk 6. Earlier TickTalk models don't use the TickTalk 6 built-in eSIM activation flow.
