Problem: Unable to Use TickTalk Radio on the Watch
- Make sure TickTalk Radio has not been disabled. If it's disabled, enable it in the TickTalk App.
- If Radio is restricted to Wi-Fi only and the watch is using cellular data, update the Radio usage setting in the TickTalk App to allow playback over Wi-Fi and cellular data, if available.
- Music-station availability is territory-dependent. TickTalk Radio music stations are intended for supported U.S. playback; international availability is limited by licensing.
- If your child has reached the daily TickTalk Radio usage limit, playback may be restricted. Adjust the Daily Limit in the TickTalk App if needed.
- Make sure the watch battery is above 20%.
Problem: TickTalk Radio Shows No Available Stations
- Open the TickTalk App and review the TickTalk Radio settings to make sure all stations/categories haven't been disabled.
- If stations are enabled in the app, restart the watch and open TickTalk Radio again.
Problem: TickTalk Radio Volume Is Too Loud When Using Bluetooth
When switching from the watch speaker to Bluetooth audio, the system may use a default starting volume. Connect the Bluetooth headphones first and adjust to a comfortable level before your child wears them.
Problem: TickTalk Radio Cannot Find a Bluetooth Device
- Make sure the Bluetooth device is powered on and in pairing mode.
- If the headphones are in pairing mode but still don't appear, stop the watch's Bluetooth search and start it again.
- If the device still can't be found or connected, it may not be compatible. Try another Bluetooth headset, or contact Support.
