TickTalk 6 is a standalone smartwatch with its own built-in eSIM and cellular connection, allowing it to make calls, send messages, share location, and use watch features independently.
Your child does not need your phone nearby for TickTalk 6 to work.
Does TickTalk Use Bluetooth?
TickTalk 6 supports Bluetooth for select compatible connections, but it does not rely on Bluetooth to stay connected to your phone the way a companion smartwatch does.
Unlike many companion smartwatches, TickTalk uses its own built-in eSIM and cellular connection to communicate.
