How Can I Delete My Personal Data or Account?
At TickTalk, we believe parents should always have control over their family's information. You may access, update, deactivate, or delete your account and personal information at any time.
Delete Your Parent App Account
To deactivate your TickTalk App account:
Go to:
TickTalk App > Parent Portal > My App > Account Deactivation
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the account deletion process.
Delete Your Child's TickTalk Account
To deactivate a TickTalk watch account:
Go to:
TickTalk App > Parent Portal > My TickTalk > Select the Watch > Enable Watch Features > Deactivate Watch
Toggle Deactivate Watch on and follow the prompts.
Reset Your TickTalk Watch
If you would like to erase data stored on the watch and restore factory settings, you can perform a system reset.
From the TickTalk App:
Parent Portal > My TickTalk > System Reset
Or directly on the watch:
Settings > Reset
A factory reset removes personal information stored on the device and restores the watch to its original settings.
What Information Is Deleted?
When an account is deleted, TickTalk removes personal information associated with the account, including:
- Account profile information
- Parent and child account details
- Contact lists
- Messages and communication history
- Photos and videos stored within TickTalk services
- Information collected through permissions granted within the app
Certain information may be retained when required by law, fraud prevention requirements, billing obligations, or other legal compliance purposes.
