When Does the Trade-In Program Open?
The TickTalk 6 Trade-In Program is expected to open in October 2026. We'll email all TickTalk customers once full program details are available. You can also check the Trade-In page on the official TickTalk website in October for the latest terms and instructions.
Which Watches Are Eligible?
All TickTalk models and device conditions will be accepted for trade-in — including older or well-worn watches.
How Much Credit Will I Get?
Trade-in value will vary based on several factors, including when your watch was originally purchased. Specific eligibility rules and credit amounts will be announced when the program launches — we don't have exact figures to share yet.
Can International Customers Trade In for TickTalk 6?
Not at this time. TickTalk 6 currently supports eSIM activation with U.S. carriers only, so customers outside the United States should not purchase or trade in for TickTalk 6 yet.
If you're outside the U.S. and need a trade-in or replacement, that will continue through the existing TickTalk 5 replacement path until international TickTalk 6 support becomes available.
Where Do I Start a Trade-In?
The program isn't open yet — once it launches in October 2026, you'll be able to start the process from the Trade-In page on myticktalk.com. We'll notify all customers by email when it's live.
