Does TickTalk 5 Support Voicemail?
No. TickTalk 5 does not include a traditional voicemail system.
Callers cannot leave voicemail messages on the watch.
What Happens If My Child Misses a Call?
If a call is not answered, the call will end normally.
The watch does not store voicemail recordings or provide a voicemail inbox.
How Can I Leave a Voice Message Instead?
TickTalk includes Secure Messaging, which allows approved App Users to send voice messages directly to the watch.
To send a voice message:
- Open the TickTalk App.
- Go to Messages.
- Open a conversation with your child.
- Tap and hold the microphone button to record a voice message.
- Release to send.
The voice message will be delivered directly to your child's watch.
