How Do I Download Photos & Videos From My TickTalk Watch?
To download photos and videos from your child's TickTalk smartwatch to your phone, follow the steps below.
Step 1: Open Watch Photos & Videos
In the TickTalk Parent App, go to:
My TickTalk > Watch Photos & Videos
Step 2: Connect to the Watch's Wi-Fi Network
When prompted with Connection Required, tap Join.
Then:
- Open your phone's Wi-Fi settings.
- Select the watch's Wi-Fi network (for example: TickTalk_XXXX).
- After joining the watch's Wi-Fi network, the watch will display a unique 8-digit verification code.
- Enter the 8-digit code as the Wi-Fi password on your phone.
Step 3: Download Photos & Videos
- Return to the TickTalk App.
- Select the photos and videos you want to download.
- Tap Download.
Step 4: View Your Files
Once the download is complete:
- A Transfer Complete message will appear.
- Open your phone's Photos app to view the downloaded files.

Tips
- Stay inside the TickTalk App during the transfer process.
- Keep both the watch and your phone awake during the transfer.
- Make sure you enter the 8-digit verification code exactly as displayed on the watch.
- The transfer occurs directly between your phone and the watch using a local Wi-Fi connection.
- Internet access is not required.
- If the transfer fails, restart both the watch and your phone and try again.
