How Do I Add an International Contact to TickTalk 5?

TickTalk 5 can call approved international contacts when the watch is being used with a compatible carrier that supports international voice calling.

Open the TickTalk App.
Go to Parent Portal > Contacts.
Select Add Contact.
Enter the contact information.
Enter the full international phone number, including:
- Country code
- Area/City code (if applicable)
- Local phone number
Save the contact.

The contact will then appear in the watch Phone Book.

International voice calling depends on the carrier being used and whether VoLTE calling is supported in that country.

If voice calling is not working:

In some countries, TickTalk may still support:

using Wi-Fi or mobile data.

However, traditional cellular voice calling may not be available if the local carrier does not support VoLTE compatibility with TickTalk.

For family members living outside the United States, Canada, or supported voice-calling regions, we recommend using the TickTalk App.
