Yes.
Parents can disable the ability for a child to manually power off the watch.

- Go to Parent Portal.
- Select Disable Power Off.
- Turn the feature on.
When enabled, the watch cannot be powered off directly from the watch.

- Emergency SOS functions
- Safety monitoring
What If My Watch Is Frozen or Not Responding?
If the watch becomes frozen, unresponsive, or appears stuck on a screen, you can perform a forced reboot.
To force a reboot:
- Press and hold the black side button for approximately 15 seconds.
- Continue holding the button until the TickTalk logo appears.
- Release the button and allow the watch to restart.
A forced reboot does not delete any data and can often resolve temporary software issues.
If the watch does not restart after multiple attempts, please charge the watch for at least 30 minutes and try again.
Important Note
If the watch battery becomes fully depleted, the watch will still power off automatically and must be recharged before it can be used again.
