| Number | Where to find it | What it's for |
|---|---|---|
| TTID | On the watch: Settings > Pair | Pairing, adding another app user, restoring from T-Cloud |
| Phone number | In the TickTalk App: profile icon at the bottom > Edit next to your child's watch. On the watch: Settings > About Me | Sharing with family and friends so they can call or text the watch |
| IMEI | On the watch: Settings > About Me | Giving to TickTalk Support when you contact us |
What Is a TTID?
Every TickTalk 6 watch has a unique TTID (TickTalk ID). The TTID works like a device identifier for your watch and may be used for pairing, account management, and data synchronization.
Where Can I Find My TTID?
On the watch, go to Settings > Pair. Your TTID is displayed on this screen, along with the pairing QR code.
Why Do I Need My TTID?
The TTID may be required when:
- Pairing additional TickTalk App users
- Restoring data through T-Cloud
- Syncing contacts, messages, and watch settings
- Identifying your watch during setup
How Do I Add Another App User Using a TTID?
The other parent or guardian creates their own TickTalk App account and pairs using your watch's TTID. The Primary User then approves their request and chooses their access level. For full steps, see "How Do I Give Another Parent or Guardian Access?" in How to Pair Your TickTalk 6 with the TickTalk App.
Where Can I Find My Watch's Phone Number?
- In the TickTalk App: Tap the profile icon at the bottom, then tap Edit next to your child's watch.
- On the watch: Go to Settings > About Me.
The phone number appears once the watch's eSIM is activated. If it's missing, check your plan under My Services > My Plans in the TickTalk App, then see "TickTalk 6 Shows 'Not Act.' After Purchasing a Wireless Plan – How to Fix It."
Where Can I Find My Watch's IMEI?
On the watch, go to Settings > About Me. Have your IMEI ready when you contact TickTalk Support. It helps us find your watch quickly.
What Is the Difference Between a TTID, a Phone Number, and an IMEI?
- TTID: Identifies your watch in the TickTalk system. Used for pairing and app users.
- Phone number: The number people call or text to reach the watch.
- IMEI: The watch's hardware ID. Used by TickTalk Support and carriers to identify the device.
