Common Questions
- Why does the TickTalk App keep crashing or closing unexpectedly?
- Why is the TickTalk App frozen or unresponsive?
- Why won't the TickTalk App open?
- Why does the app show a blank screen?
- What information should I provide if the issue keeps happening?
If the TickTalk App freezes or crashes occasionally, fully closing and reopening it may resolve the issue. If it continues, follow the steps below.
Step 1: Fully Close and Reopen the App
- Remove the TickTalk App from your phone's recent apps or app switcher to close it completely.
- Reopen the app.
- Try the action you were performing when the issue occurred.
Simply returning to your phone's Home screen does not fully close the app.
Step 2: Check Your Internet Connection
If the app shows a blank screen, loads slowly, or appears stuck while loading, check your phone's connection.
- Make sure Wi-Fi or cellular data is working.
- Try opening a webpage to check your connection.
- If the connection is unstable, switch between Wi-Fi and cellular data, then reopen the TickTalk App.
Step 3: Restart Your Phone
Restart your phone, then open the TickTalk App and try again.
This may help resolve temporary system issues affecting the app.
Step 4: Update the TickTalk App
Check the Apple App Store or Google Play Store for a TickTalk App update.
Install any available update, reopen the app, and check whether the issue continues.
Step 5: Reinstall the TickTalk App
If the app still crashes, freezes, or will not open:
- Make sure you have your account login information available.
- Uninstall the TickTalk App from your phone.
- Download it again from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Open the app and log back into your existing account.
- Try the action that previously caused the issue.
