Why Can't I Find My TickTalk Watch Wi-Fi Network?
When transferring photos and videos from your TickTalk watch, the watch creates a temporary Wi-Fi network that your phone must connect to.
If you cannot find the watch Wi-Fi network, try the following steps.
1. Start Photo Sync First
In the TickTalk App, begin the photo transfer process before opening your phone's Wi-Fi settings.
The watch only creates the temporary Wi-Fi network during the sync process.
2. Open Your Phone's Wi-Fi Settings
Immediately open your phone's Wi-Fi settings after starting photo sync.
Look for a network that begins with:
TickTalk_
3. Wait a Few Seconds
The watch hotspot may take several seconds to appear.
Refresh your Wi-Fi list and wait up to 30 seconds.
4. Check Saved Networks
If you have previously transferred photos, your phone may automatically reconnect to the TickTalk network.
Check:
- Saved Networks
- My Devices
- Previously Connected Networks
depending on your phone model.
5. Restart the Watch and Phone
If the network still does not appear:
- Restart the TickTalk watch.
- Restart your phone.
- Try the photo transfer again.
